Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Updated 25 October 2026

1. Contact

Email info@humanandsoul.com with order reference, date, service, issue and requested resolution. Do not send CVV, full card number or passwords. A live system should verify payment and refund to the original payment method where possible and lawful.

2. Consultations

Client rescheduling requires written notice at least 48 hours before the start. Later notice does not create a rescheduling right. Payment for a reserved consultation is not refunded for client non-attendance to the extent permitted by law. Provider non-delivery leads to an agreed replacement time or refund for the undelivered service.

3. Remote work

Separate express permission is proposed to start bespoke work after payment and receipt of inputs. A cancellation restriction after commencement does not remove mandatory remedies for non-delivery, material defects, mismatch or applicable delay. Payment itself is not evidence that the entire review is complete. This policy does not assert a blanket lawful no-refund rule solely because payment occurred.

4. Ongoing support

Diagnostics and support are separate orders. Support refunds depend on the engagement schedule, completed work, documented costs and applicable law. The Russian agreement’s fixed 30% penalty and automatic retention of the full unused balance are reserved for separate legal review, not adopted as a general website rule.

5. Timing and mandatory rights

An agreed refund is processed within ten working days after confirming the basis and necessary payment information, unless a shorter legal period applies. Bank/provider crediting times may differ. Deductions need a lawful, previously disclosed basis. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.

6. Refund method

An agreed refund is made to the original payer through the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise. The decision and amount are communicated by email. Posting time depends on the method and bank; the processing time is provided with the refund confirmation. Mandatory statutory deadlines prevail.

Governing law and disputes

The service provider is incorporated in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. UAE law and mandatory rules applicable to the particular order govern the relationship. Disputes are heard by the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Access to competent authorities and non-waivable consumer rights are preserved. Mandatory language and consumer disclosure requirements must be met before the relevant order.

8. Consumer-rights alignment

The 48-hour rule and non-attendance consequences concern client changes to an agreed appointment. They do not exempt the provider from its own non-performance. Remote cancellation restrictions do not remove applicable remedies for non-delivery, material defects, mismatch with the description or delay making the result unusable for its purpose. A dispute is assessed against the order and mandatory rules, not payment alone.
