Ongoing support terms

Updated 25 October 2026

1. Before a support agreement

Selecting support leads to a paid diagnostic consultation: 60 minutes, $2,500. Detailed intake follows payment for that consultation. Diagnostics are not a free investigation and do not automatically conclude a support agreement.

2. Separate scope

A support agreement with Human & Soul Management Consultancy FZE LLC is concluded separately. The schedule defines the task, individual/family/comprehensive/business scope, term, session count and duration, between-session availability, participants, price, expenses and termination. Renewal and recurring charges require separate agreement.

3. Business support

Pricing is task-based at no less than $8,000 per hour, or a fixed fee plus a percentage of the business or transaction. Percentage terms require an agreed rate, calculation base, payment trigger, evidence, due dates, expenses and taxes. Mentioning a percentage does not itself transfer equity or create an investment or brokerage mandate.

4. Sessions and term

Rescheduling agreed sessions requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Non-attendance and reserved time are addressed in the schedule to the extent lawful. An unused period or the first consultation does not automatically mean all future support has been delivered.

5. Confidentiality and boundaries

Family, team and partner access is role-specific and necessary. The confidentiality obligation lasts during the agreement and five years afterwards; this is not a five-year blanket personal-data retention period. Lawful authority requests, protection of rights and necessary professional advice remain permitted. No particular outcome or influence over others’ decisions is guaranteed.

6. Ending support

Notice, completed stages and settlement for undelivered services are defined in the separate agreement, subject to mandatory rights. Payment for a diagnostic consultation is not payment for ongoing support.

Governing law and disputes

The service provider is incorporated in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. UAE law and mandatory rules applicable to the particular order govern the relationship. Disputes are heard by the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Access to competent authorities and non-waivable consumer rights are preserved. Mandatory language and consumer disclosure requirements must be met before the relevant order.
