Consultation terms
Updated 25 October 2026
1. Parties and scope
The provider is Human & Soul Management Consultancy FZE LLC; see company details. These terms cover diagnostic, individual and business consultations. Scope, duration, date, time zone, communication channel, final price, taxes and client contact must appear in the order before payment.
2. Paid entry to ongoing support
Every support format, including business support, begins with a diagnostic consultation: 60 minutes, $2,500. Payment purchases that consultation only, not the support engagement. It creates no obligation to buy support. No free preliminary investigation is offered; crediting the consultation fee towards support is not automatically promised.
3. Nature and interpretation
Services concern lifestyle coaching, personal development and management consultancy. “Diagnostic Consultation” means exploration of a question, not medical or psychological diagnosis. Services do not include medical treatment, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, legal representation, regulated investment advice or emergency care. Clients make their own decisions. A particular personal, family, business or financial outcome is not guaranteed; actual failure to deliver the agreed service and mandatory client rights are distinct from subjective expectations.
4. Payment and intake
Work begins after verified payment. Detailed intake follows payment to prepare the paid consultation. It does not entitle the client to a separate free investigation, extra session or unlimited correspondence. The agreed time or scheduling arrangements, final total and applicable terms must be disclosed before payment.
5. Rescheduling and non-attendance
Client-requested rescheduling requires written notice at least 48 hours before the agreed start. Later requests do not provide a right to reschedule. Payment for a reserved consultation is not refunded for client non-attendance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and provider non-performance are unaffected. A late arrival may be accommodated within the remaining agreed time without automatic extension.
6. Provider cancellation
If the provider cannot deliver the consultation, the client is offered an agreed replacement time or a refund for the undelivered consultation. Actual service complaints are considered separately from changes in personal plans. See cancellation and refund rules for requests.
7. Conduct, materials and recording
Both parties observe respectful conduct and confidentiality. Threats or aggression may lead to suspension; financial consequences depend on work actually delivered and applicable law, without automatically deeming all future services delivered. Either party needs separate prior agreement to record a session. Materials are for personal use or agreed internal business purposes; publication and commercial distribution require permission. Access to legal advisers, regulators and courts is not restricted.
Governing law and disputes
The service provider is incorporated in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. UAE law and mandatory rules applicable to the particular order govern the relationship. Disputes are heard by the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Access to competent authorities and non-waivable consumer rights are preserved. Mandatory language and consumer disclosure requirements must be met before the relevant order.
