When every day feels like the one before

A conversation about enjoying life can begin with what currently has a place in your schedule—and what does not.

Look at an ordinary week

Do not assess the week only by completed tasks. Notice when you acted from habit, when you made your own choice and which moments stayed with you. There is no correct collection of experiences; your own account matters.

Distinguish planned time off from what suits you

Arranging time off and wanting that particular way of spending it are different things. Ask whether you want quiet, movement, company, time alone or a new experience. The answer does not have to match other people’s expectations.

Bring a specific wish back into the conversation

Name one small thing for which you have not found room. Consider what gets in the way: obligations, routine or an agreement that needs discussion with people close to you. Coaching does not promise permanent happiness; it offers space to explore your question and possible actions.

QUESTIONS TO REFLECT ON

Pause and reflect

  • Which moments of the week did I actually notice?
  • What kind of time off do I choose for myself?
  • What would I like to make a little room for?

Would you like to explore your situation?
